Specifications: 4 Axes Pulse Motion Controller

ZMC304 is a kind of pulse motion controller developed by ZMotion Technology. It supports 4 axes itself, but can be extended to 10 axes at most. There are many motion control functions it can achieve, such as, linear interpolation, any circular interpolation, space arc, helical interpolation, electronic cam, electronic gear, synchronous follow, virtual axis, etc. Also, real-time motion control can be achieved through optimized network communication protocol.

ZMC3 series high-performance multi-axis motion controller is a pulse type independent motion controller. The controller itself supports max 16 axes, but 24 axes can be expanded to realize complex continuous trajectory control requirements. ZMC3 series motion controllers can be used in Robots (SCARA, Delta, 6-joint), electronic semiconductor equipment (detection, assembly equipment, locking equipment, soldering machine), dispensing equipment, non-standard equipment, printing and packaging equipment, textile and garment equipment, medical equipment, assembly lines and other applications.

  • Support encoder input, which can be configured as handwheel mode.
  • Support ZCAN expand IO, can be extended to max 512 inputs and 512 outputs.
  • Position limit of axis and the origin signal can be configured as any input.
  • Max output current can reach 300mA, which can directly drive some solenoid valve.
  • Support electronic cam, electronic gear, position latch, synchronous follow, virtual axis, etc.
  • Support multi-file and multi-task programming, and PC program and controller inner program can work at the same time.

ZMC3 Series – Bus

ZMC3E/N series high-performance multi-axis motion controller is an independent motion controller that is compatible with EtherCAT bus (N means it supports EtherCAT and RTEX dual bus) and pulse. The controller itself supports max 16 axes (EtherCAT bus / RTEX bus + pulse), but 24 axes can be expanded to realize complex continuous trajectory control requirements.

ZMC3 series motion controllers can be used in Robots (SCARA, Delta, 6-joint), electronic semiconductor equipment (detection, assembly equipment, locking equipment, soldering machine), dispensing equipment, non-standard equipment, printing and packaging equipment, textile and garment equipment, medical equipment, assembly lines and other applications.
